Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's what you need to know:

Refunds

You can request a refund within 3 days of purchase.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

In case of product related concerns such as receiving damaged products, printing and quality concerns, unboxing video or photos are required as proof. Please note that approving refunds is upon the sole discretion of Kakababu.com administrators.

Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 7 - 10 business days after approvals.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Customer will have to bear the delivery fees in case of returns. 

We'll provide instructions on how to return the item.
